“Wonderful apartment designed with guests' comfort in mind

This was my second stay with CoastFlat Collection – first in Tenerife with my family and now in Vienna for a business trip. On both occasions, the experience has been exceptional.

The Vienna apartment was impeccably clean, welcoming, and ideally situated near the Danube in a nice and peaceful area. The seamless access via smart locks was incredibly convenient, and the thoughtfully equipped workspace—with a large desk, monitor, and high-speed internet—ensured I could work efficiently and comfortably.

“The apartment is very well equipped, we lacked nothing. Only the fact that only two out of four hobs are available for use occasionally hindered us with four people. The apartment is large and unobstructed, even the children had enough space to play on the floor. The air conditioning in the bedroom was also a big plus. Being able to cool down the room briefly in the evening before sleeping was great.
Furthermore, the team at CoastFlat responds within minutes to questions or problems and is very friendly and knowledgeable. Self check-in was straightforward.
We would definitely book this accommodation again if we go back to Vienna.”

“Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, uns fehlte es an nichts. Lediglich die Tatsache, dass nur zwei von vier Kochfeldern zur Nutzung bereit stehen, hat uns mit vier Personen gelegentlich etwas behindert. Die Wohnung ist groß und nicht zugestellt, auch die Kinder hatten genug Platz, um am Boden zu spielen. Die Klimaanlage im Schlafraum war auch ein großes Plus. Den Raum abends vorm Schlafen kurz abkühlen zu können war toll.
Desweiteren antwortet das Team von CoastFlat innerhalb von Minuten bei Fragen oder Problemen und ist sehr freundlich und kompetent. Der eigenständige Check-in war unkompliziert.
Wir würden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen, wenn es uns nochmal nach Wien verschlägt.”

“We loved the atmosphere in the house. It's an old-fashioned but well-kept house that lacks almost nothing. Like staying with your grandparents, but in a positive and graceful way. The apartment was very large, spacious, clean, equipped with a good sound system in every room. Balcony, washing machine, literally everything. The location, although not in the city center is next to the train, a 7 minute walk away. The owner of the apartment was kind and generous and allowed us to arrive before the check-in time to avoid unnecessary hassle. Two Lidl stores at a distance of no more than 500 meters from the apartment”

“אהבנו את האווירה בבית . זה בית מיושן אך שמור שלא חסר בו כמעט כלום. כמו להתארח אצל הסבא והסבתא שלך , אך בקטע חיובי וחינני. הדירה היתה גדולה מאוד, מרווחת, נקייה, מאובזרת במערכת שמע טובה בכל חדר . מרפסת, מכונת כביסה , ממש הכל. המיקום, למרות שלא במרכז העיר הוא ליד הרכבת , מרחק של 7 דקות הליכה. בעלי הדירה היה אדיב ונדיב ואפשר לנו להגיע לפני מועד הצק אין כדי להימנע מטרטור מיותר . שתי חנויות לידל במרחק של לא יותר מ 500 מטר מהדירה”

“Very clean accommodation, the equipment is generally extremely top and above average, home cinema system, PC, Ipad, etc., there is everything you have at home. You could use all streaming services with your own account for free, everything was perfect!
Unfortunately, we didn't manage to get the TV to be up and running, but we were probably incapable🤣 of doing so
It was very quiet, you can hardly hear the neighbors.
This wonderful apartment is also suitable for a longer stay.
We were more than satisfied and can only recommend the apartment and will certainly come back! Thank you for the great weekend!”

“Sehr saubere Unterkunft, die Ausstattung ist im Allgemeinen äusserst top und überdurchschnittlich, Heimkinoanlage, PC, Ipad usw., es gibt alles was man selbst auch zu Hause hat. Man konnte sämtliche Streamingdienste mit eigenem Account gratis nutzen, alles perfekt!
Wir haben es leider nicht geschafft, den Fernseher auf Sat Betrieb zu bringen, aber da waren wir wahrscheinlich unfähig🤣
Es war sehr ruhig, man hört die Nachbarn kaum.
Diese wunderbare Wohnung eignet sich auch auf alle Fälle für einen längeren Aufenthalt.
Wir waren mehr als zufrieden und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen und kommen sicherlich wieder! Danke für das tolle Wochenende!”
