“Spacious and well-appointed accommodation.
The apartment is quiet. Nice with air conditioning, spacious kitchen with fridge and freezer (ice cubes were already ready in the freezer which allowed us to quench our thirst when we arrived.
I highly recommend and I will remember for my next visits to Vienna.

“amazing flat, in a lovely, quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the main city. the flat was super clean, very big and spacious, and had everything you need to live comfortably without any hassle. there’s a grocery store and a convenience store both in walking distance, and public transport that’s less than a 10 minute walk away, and will take you directly into the city centre. i thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and will definitely be staying here in the future!!”

“Very nice and comfortable apartment. Quality construction. It is well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need. Washing machine, iron, ironing board... “Stayed here for a week during a business trip to Vienna. The apartment was very spacious and clean, had all the amenities one would need and the location was in a quiet neighborhood but still right next to the metro and the AT Vienna Center. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a stay in a safe neighborhood with great restaurants nearby. Host was very responsive when I had a question and they really handle everything with respect to service.
Only minor negative (did not even take off a star) was the apartment itself was not numbered and on a different floor than the instructions so I had to have one of the neighbors show me where it was, but they were very kind and I got in just fine.”Airbnb

Located in a small two-storey house in a quarter resembling a country quarter, between two branches of the Danube. We swam here, walked along the banks of the river, felt like at a resort). In addition, the apartment is within walking distance from the Austria Centre, where my work congress was held. And 5 minutes from the metro. KarlPlatz - the very center - 7 stops - 20 minutes.
