The space
Step out into your own garden: the living room and both bedrooms open onto a private, walled garden with a paved terrace and a bistro table for two.
The living area has a round dining table for four, a sofa that converts into a 110 × 180 cm bed for one, a coffee table, a smart TV and a sideboard. The kitchen runs along one wall, with an oven, hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, and tall cupboards for storage.
Each of the two bedrooms has a 180 × 200 cm double bed with a blue upholstered headboard, bedside lamps, a wardrobe and a glass door or window onto the garden. The shower room has a walk-in shower, a washing machine and a hair dryer, and there is a separate WC. Underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, a drying rack and a garment steamer make longer stays easy.

Schillerstraße 6 is in the centre of Wiener Neudorf, a market town just south of Vienna, beside the church square with its parish church.
Shopping City Süd, one of Austria's largest shopping centres, is a few stops away on the Badner Bahn. The old town of Mödling and the walking trails of the Vienna Woods are a short drive to the west, and the palace park of Laxenburg is a short drive to the east.

Getting around
The Badner Bahn (the local railway between Vienna and Baden) runs right past the building. From the Wiener Neudorf stop in the town centre, trains run to Wien Oper in the city centre in around 45–50 minutes – every 7–8 minutes at peak times, otherwise every 15 minutes. On nights before Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays the line runs all night between Wiener Neudorf and Wien Oper. In the other direction, the line continues to the spa town of Baden. A public bike-sharing station stands right outside the building's entrance.
By car, the Wiener Neudorf junction of the A2 motorway is close by. Vienna city centre and Vienna International Airport are each roughly 25–35 minutes away, depending on traffic. Timetables and tickets are available in the VOR AnachB app. Taxis and pre-booked airport transfers offer a door-to-door alternative.
