The space
Your own covered terrace, with a bistro table and two chairs, sits on the garden side of the building, beside the shared lawn.
Inside, the living room has a sofa that converts into a 110 × 180 cm bed for one, a coffee table, a smart TV and a round dining table for two, with venetian blinds on the large windows. The kitchen has an oven, hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine and a washing machine.
The bedroom has a 180 × 200 cm double bed with a black metal frame, bedside lamps and a wardrobe; it opens onto the living area through a doorway without a door. The shower room has a glass shower, a window and a hair dryer. Underfloor heating and Wi-Fi are available throughout.

Schillerstraße 6 is in the centre of Wiener Neudorf, a market town just south of Vienna, beside the church square with its parish church.
Shopping City Süd, one of Austria's largest shopping centres, is a few stops away on the Badner Bahn. The old town of Mödling and the walking trails of the Vienna Woods are a short drive to the west, and the palace park of Laxenburg is a short drive to the east.

Getting around
The Badner Bahn (the local railway between Vienna and Baden) runs right past the building. From the Wiener Neudorf stop in the town centre, trains run to Wien Oper in the city centre in around 45–50 minutes – every 7–8 minutes at peak times, otherwise every 15 minutes. On nights before Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays the line runs all night between Wiener Neudorf and Wien Oper. In the other direction, the line continues to the spa town of Baden. A public bike-sharing station stands right outside the building's entrance.
By car, the Wiener Neudorf junction of the A2 motorway is close by. Vienna city centre and Vienna International Airport are each roughly 25–35 minutes away, depending on traffic. Timetables and tickets are available in the VOR AnachB app. Taxis and pre-booked airport transfers offer a door-to-door alternative.
