The space
The living room opens onto a covered terrace with two awnings, a dining table and a partial view of the sea – the place for breakfast and evening drinks. The second bedroom opens onto the larger, sunny terrace with two sun loungers, and the master bedroom has a small balcony of its own.
Inside, the living and dining room has a corner sofa that also sleeps a fifth guest, a glass dining table and a Smart TV. The separate kitchen comes with a three-zone hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle, coffee machine and a washer-dryer.
The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with a round bathtub with shower and a bidet. The second bedroom also has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a desk for working. A second bathroom with a shower cabin is off the hallway.
Both bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning with heating and electric blackout shutters.

Residencial Benimar is a residential complex in Costa Adeje, on the south-west coast of Tenerife. A large park with an outdoor fitness area and a children's playground is close to the complex. The beaches of Playa del Duque and Fañabé, the Gran Sur and Plaza del Duque shopping centres and the Siam Park and Aqualand water parks are all in the surrounding area.
Other things to note
The apartment is on the first floor and is reached by lift; from the main gate there are a few steps down, or a ramp, to the lift. The apartment has no private parking space; please use the free parking on the street or in the public car park (subject to availability).
Getting around
Free parking is available on the street right outside the complex gates and in a large public car park a few minutes' walk away, subject to availability. Taxis and buses connect Costa Adeje with the rest of the island.
