“The location was good, close to a few shops and markets and a reasonable neighbourhood. Easy walk into the CBD of Monte. Not so great at night, but OK.
Staff were exceptional, we had a couple of very minor issues and they were there within minutes.”

“The apartment is nice and is very well located. I had problems with communication with the host and only received the response after contacting the airbnb platform and even then I had to wait for many hours at the airport until they sent the information. The cleanliness left something to be desired. It wasn't very dirty, but there was a bit of rubble on the terrace, a musty smell in parts of the apartment and even a dead cockroach in the living room”
